He has friends!!! Not sure if he has ID as he's of an age where he wouldn't need a driving licence. I wouldn't imagine he goes abroad a lot either so his passport has probably expired. He won't be storming the ticket office demanding a solution.

Well I just rang (like a lot of others) them up and asked them for my Dad. He has no passport, no phone and no printer. He’s 84.
They were v helpful. A bus pass = photo iD, they will print you off a ticket. You can get a Covid letter - on a piece of paper / from NHS within 48 hours.
And that’s it.

My apologies, but I felt sure I saw people at the external ticket windows last week.
That’ll teach me to read things properly.

I would like to think BG is up there reading these threads with a pint in his hand and having a good laugh :)

But reading this thread, I thought that if you didn't have the latest smart phone you were BANNED from ever watching the Albion again ???

(And when my Dad was still alive and in his eighties it took me a bloody sight longer than 48 hours to organise him coming to a game )

Perfect thank you. That has saved me an hour on the phone to supporter services next week. I'll let him know. :)

Precisely.

I was tempted to say 'but what about the bloke who has no relatives or friends, no internet, no phone of any sort, no access to a phone, and no access to the club shop?'. Then I realised that he won't know there's a game on, will he? But still, that's no reason to not demand Barber OUT!

I don't have photo driving license and my passport is out of date, but supporter services told me a photo of an out of date passport is fine

I took the picture on my Smart phone 'cause I is down with the kids :rave:

They could even give Whitehawk or Lewes a go for an 'Old School' football match experience.

I'm not being rude btw. It's something I'm considering for next season.

My kids love it there, I haven't been yet. The atmosphere is great. :)
