Not strange at all, Barcelona have Messi, Xavi, Inesta etc....We have Barnes, Hammond, Bridcutt etc.....If you can afford the best players in the world, i'm sure it's a world beating tactic as Spain have proved. What don't you understand, Poyet is asking the players to play a game, they can't play, i.e bad management. You play a system to suit the players you have at your disposal. You don't play a system just for the sake of it because you think it's the way the game should be played.

That is where NSC differs from Poyet, he is trying to get the players to play the game properly in his eyes. For that I am truly thankful that it is not the standard route one game. If you read the BBC stats it will show that our shots ratio is way above our opponents for most games and as such the luck will change, teams will not get a lucky deflection and beat us 1 - 0 as has happened twice recently

Trying to get the players...He has signed two whole teams worth of players and half of them are either shit or been moved on....True luck plays a part in all walks of life, but ultimately you make you own luck. Stats quite frankly are a load of bollocks, points win prizes, not stats.

The players all publicly said they came here because of Poyet. But again don't give the man any credit. Without Poyet I honestly believe we wouldn't have got out of league 1. Did you have a problem with him then or our style of play out of interest? Or just the last few weeks?
