But, knowing that there are idiots running it and knowing this is unlikely to change any time soon, we're better off just binning VAR off completely aren't we?You've literally prove your own point wrong about var being a hopeless mess, Var is fine it's the idiots using it that's the problem
It is only Liverpool who are allowed to choose this refereesAnd now he’s scored. Salisbury should not be allowed to referee us after the Spurs shambles last season.
I merged two threads on the same subject - which title remains is just a coin toss. Sorry.I don't like to be a sore loser but, when the same chap smacks it in the net to take 2 points, I want to wring someone's neck. In the nicest possible way. Why was my thread title changed too? I am sure I put the would blatant in it.
Nice homework Herr TI just looked up the laws and you are correct, “dangerous play” isn’t necessarily a red.
But serious foul play is, and I believe the elbow on Gross satisfies the conditions below.
SERIOUS FOUL PLAY
A tackle or challenge that endangers the safety of an opponent or uses excessive force or brutality must be sanctioned as serious foul play.
Okay thanks, Sorry, I hadn't noticed any other threads when posting. I never win coin tosses!I merged two threads on the same subject - which title remains is just a coin toss. Sorry.
Blatant favouritism !I merged two threads on the same subject - which title remains is just a coin toss. Sorry.
This incident was after he’d scored wasn’t it…? Or is the time in the original clip wrong?I don't like to be a sore loser but, when the same chap smacks it in the net to take 2 points, I want to wring someone's neck. In the nicest possible way. It was thought out for any other future blatant red card decisions. As I find the word "Fulham" irrelevant!Blatant favouritism !
His arm comes up as he goes in, that's 100% intentional.
No it was definitely before he scored, I forget the exact minute! Or the half..or even the day! This incident was after he’d scored wasn’t it…? Or is the time in the original clip wrong?
The time on the clip is when they showed a replay. It appears to have happened in the 58th min, if the incident is what Sky are calling a clumsy challenge looking back on the match commentary. I must admit at the time of the incident I didn't really notice it from the West Upper but as soon as I got home my youngest mentioned they should have had a red card. This incident was after he’d scored wasn’t it…? Or is the time in the original clip wrong?
