First class ticket paid by the Kremlin. The remaining private jet needs spare parts and they've already stripped all their other ones.I see Nigel is off to USA to see Donald next week.
Does that count as unpaid leave and will the tax payer have to fund it ?
One week's work as an MP and the lazy shyster already needs a holiday.I see Nigel is off to USA to see Donald next week.

Again, Sunak IS as connected to British culture as I am. I certainly don’t want a monoculture in Britain - I’m a first generation Jewish immigrant for a start and half my family were born in Ghana. I absolutely applaud cultural diversity despite recognising how it can be problematic. However, arguing that that ethnic minorities are not as British as you when they were born in Britain is racist and I don’t know why you can’t see that. The fact you chose to link your comments with an article about Sunak’s grandfather collaborating with the Mau Mau was an attempt to link Sunak’s ethnicity with terrorism by way of association however subliminally you thought you were doing so. Is Arnold Schwarzenegger any less American because he was born in Austria or that his Father was a Nazi? You’re not making any sense on Sunak, if he is as connected to British culture “in every way” as you infer then he wouldn’t have left the D Day commemoration early. But he did, and it was politically damaging for him, without doubt.
The truth isn’t as you want, being British isn’t mono cultural any more,
I agree there is a generational issue with Remembrance Day/DDay services but imo they will always be remembered in some way since they have embraced subsequent and present conflicts in their modern acts of remembrance. At this point the WW2 generation is dying out, for the first time in my lifetime there will be no living connection to that event and any WW2 commemorations will move into a different paradigm. Sunak and his advisors are in some ways ahead of the curve and it’s that combination of being a younger generation and having no tangible connection to DDay that influenced Sunak’s decision to leave early.
Again, a narrative that doesn’t fit with the facts as I understand them. John Ashworth lost his seat because the Muslim population of his Constituency didn’t feel Labour was coming out in support of the people of Gaza or understood their grief. No other reason than that.It was only a couple of months ago John Ashworth was on QT saying how the good burghers of Leicester were United and not divided, and how proud he was to serve them…………….unfortunately for him he wasn’t reading the (prayer) room.
You, and the other Reform Party dampers on here really need to drink that in.
Sometimes I have compassion for the conned, but in the case of Clacton he have got what they deserveWell Clacton's 'protest vote' this time round got them 5 minutes of fame last Friday and now they're stuck with Farage 'representing' them for the next 5 years. You would have thought that after having one of the largest majorities for Brexit and a huge majority for a Boris Johnson led conservative in 2019, Clacton may have learnt their lesson about what happens to working people when they keep getting taken in by Johnson, Farage and co
But no, they carry on 'protesting' by metaphorically punching themselves in the face for the third time. Someone must eventually notice their predicament, shirley
"We're fed-up with being ignored by the elite, so we're gonna vote for a public-school-educated, millionaire, City trader who 'says it like it is.' All other politicians are self-serving, corrupt, chancers who are only in it for themselves."Well Clacton's 'protest vote' this time round got them 5 minutes of fame last Friday and now they're stuck with Farage 'representing' them for the next 5 years. Clacton is just a vehicle for Nigel Farage on his journey of self-aggrandisement."We're fed-up with being ignored by the elite, so we're gonna vote for a public-school-educated, millionaire, City trader who 'says it like it is.' All other politicians are self-serving, corrupt, chancers who are only in it for themselves."
F*** 'em - they've got the politician they deserve.
I'm interested to see how long Farage serves as Clacton's MP. He'll soon get bored of the nitty-gritty of dealing with his constituents' day-to-day problems, and their requests for advice: "Dear Nigel. The Home Office are threatening to deport me because I apparently have the wrong skin pigmentation. Please could you take-up my case to remain in the UK? Yours sincerely, A Migrant."Clacton is just a vehicle for Nigel Farage on his journey of self-aggrandisement.
What price on him inviting the orange one over to Clacton on a private visit?
He can do nothing and keep trousering the money. That's what he did as a Euro MP. He's only in it for money, shits and giggles.I'm interested to see how long Farage serves as Clacton's MP. I give him a year!
As others have said, f*** 'em. Let them be poor. Let them be deprived. Let them be ignorant. It's what they want.Well Clacton's 'protest vote' this time round got them 5 minutes of fame last Friday and now they're stuck with Farage 'representing' them for the next 5 years. I can see a whole Youtube channel devoted to fictional letters from his constituents of all skin pigmentations."We're fed-up with being ignored by the elite, so we're gonna vote for a public-school-educated, millionaire, City trader who 'says it like it is.' All other politicians are self-serving, corrupt, chancers who are only in it for themselves."

Just when I was going to congratulate Tice, Farage and that Rupert chap for appointing having another MP who wasn't another public school posh boy...
Foxtrot Oscar Clacton, you were mugged
He's got it on DVD, knocks one out over Helena Bonham-Carters Queen Elizabeth.Missing the kings speech
