Seems the "Star" of Channel 4s hit piece was an actor. So no doubt Farage lawsuits will start flying.

I really dont mind being called a Conspiracy theorist.:ROFLMAO:

Cast member? He seems to have cornered the market in "Visitor" though.

So conspiracy theorists believe channel 4 paid an actor and decided to keep his name the same to act as a reform campaigner.

Makes sense. Sure any actor wouldn't mind their name being tarnished nationally as a racist for a 50quid fee.

so why did Reform kick him from the party, and why did Farage and Tice apologise for comments made?

do you mean they don't know who they have campaigning for them, that an actor could just roll up, make them look crap, and they'd accept he was in the party?

Can we stop saying actor? The page the halfwits link to clearly shows he is an extra.

It’s possible to be both. It’s like if a serial killer happens to be a dentist. It doesn’t mean all dentists are evil, malicious and sadistic psychopaths who enjoy the pain and suffering of helpless people under their contr…

Er, actually, bad example but my point remains.

I know several supporting artists who would absolutely bristle at this comment
My mate did it for a while and is on IMDB so I guess. He was on some true crime recreation thing and did a short film with Brian Cox. But the idea that someone who plays "Man on phone" or "Visitor" was hired to portray a racist is amusing to me. He ain't De Niro

Yeah, the story is clearly bollocks. Your comment just made me laugh. To the average punter an actor’s “success” is judged by their visibility (television, movies) rather than the frequency of their work. Both of my friends who work as extras are regularly in professional stage productions, do voice-over ads, “additional voices” overdubbing for group scenes in sound mixes etc

My mate took it up in his late 50s and sadly died just before he was due to retire. His silent work on the crime thing made me smile it was so hammy. And I'll have to track down the one film he is listed in to see what his actual acting was like. More power to his elbow but his trailer reel I saw - Olivier is safe.

It’s enough for an Equity card! sorry to hear about your mate though.

12 years ago now. He was planning to retire to New Zealand and was got by the Big C. His boy Ashley used to play and had a squaring up with Cullip at Withdean. But the one thing Mike was is an IT technician - not an actor! Although he is on IMDB and despite being in the credits of 5 films for producing video footage, I am not. So he wins!

This basically sums up the whole election campaign. Even the bloody comperes of every single debate have shouted over him.

And if he does manage to get a complete sentence out people bleat on about how boring he is. Do you want to know what he's going to do or not?
Do you expect reform of the house of lords or an elderly care strategy to be exciting?

I know who I'd rather go for a pint with and with wouldn't be bloody Sunak.
Sunk's one of those sorts (and we all have such acquaintances) who half-listen to what you're saying when you meet them, while constantly scoping over your shoulder for someone more important to talk to.

On the other hand Starmer would be a hard nut to crack, but after a couple of pints he'd likely be captivating. The complete opposite of me, in fact :lolol:

You'll be fine going drinking with Starmer. If the landlord refuses admittance he will just get his burly looky-likey security man to manhandle the miscreant landlord out of the way.

I’m struggling to see how Kier Starmer could have affected lock down measures?

Apologies but I don't have the time to leave the sort of in depth response you are looking for but in a nutshell...
ECHR. I voted to leave the EU and all it's institutions, untill we leave ECHR this cannot be achieved.
Online sales tax. I wouldn't expect it to be levied on click and collect purchases, it is primarily proposed to deal with Amazon type retailers who funnel a large proportion of their UK profits through third party countries.
Reduce business rates for small and medium size businesses.

The crux of all this is to get the economy working again from the ground up. As a country we need people to be dealing with eachother face to face. We need our town centres to be vibrant places for shopping, dining, entertaining etc. This won't happen all the time people spend their weekend their shopping online, getting takeaways and watching Netflix. Then on Monday going to work which involves lounging around the house in pyjamas with a laptop. Covid is over, wakey, wakey Britain, it's time to do some work again.
I'm an ardent Brexiteer as some on here will attest to .... but this post is beyond stupid. The idea that you are linking the EU and the ECHR is almost Trump like.

And clearly a civil and considered Brexiteer - I don't have you on ignore
