Amazing how bitter one can become if one fails to get a good part.
Don't bring it up. I was convinced I had what it took to be "guy on phone at Specsavers" What possessed me to answer the phone and say "Goodbye" I will never know but you make once mistake and they give it to someone fresh out of Holby. That was our sliding doors moment - it should have been me paid by Channel 4 to ruin my life by pretending to be a racist.

It could be a stitch up, but if it is it's one of the easiest to pick apart, which seems unlikely.
They need to interview this bloke, see how he normally sounds, apparently he was putting a voice on, and see what he has to say.

The man of the people speaks...

Notice that he references only one of the four activists featured. Did your enemies in the mainstream media (how many time have you been on Question Time again? What were you paid by ITV for being tedious and chippy in the jungle?) also make your long term associates plan a paramilitary police force and make homophobic remarks?

Was the former BNP member who you were standing as a candidate also an actor? https://www.theguardian.com/politic...ngstoke-candidate-raymond-saint-bnp-2009-list

What about this one? https://www.theguardian.com/politic...te-resigns-over-previous-comments-backing-bnp

And this one from his time in UKIP? https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2017/may/20/ukip-candidate-suspended-for-sending-racist-tweets

These ones? https://theferret.scot/reform-candidate-greta-thunberg-aspergers-girl/

This one? https://www.newstatesman.com/politics/2014/12/nigel-farage-defends-ukip-candidates-racist-remark

This one? https://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/politics/reform-hitler-jack-aaron-welwyn-b2564215.html

You can find all this stuff with a two minute Google. The real media conspiracy has been the failure to properly challenge Farage about a consistently recurring pattern that has been obviously evident throughout his political career.

I must admit I don't see it. He's a Reform supporter, who's a racist and has, in the past, been an extra on a few things. I think the fact that he is easily identifiable, likes to boast a bit, maintains an 'acting' page, and Channel 4 have stated that they have never had any contact with him prior to walking into the Reform campaign headquarters puts Nige's desperate conspiracy theory to bed

It just seems to be poor old Nige's misfortune that every racist, fascist, homophobe, islamophobe, misogynist, antisemite, nazi sympathiser, Putin supporter, Trump supporter, Andrew Tate supporter and conspiracy theorist seems to think that his party is the place for them to call home. You have to feel for him, don't you ???

The candidate in Battle, Ian Gribbin, who thinks 80% of women are spongers and should’ve appeased Hitler?
Lee Anderson, with his white supremacy mates, and Islamaphobic tirade against Sadiq Khan?
This guy who’s used the Falkland war

The excuses about the vetting compamy?

To be fair, the non-mainstream media also seems to hate him and his odious campaigning staff he has not vetted, criticism of whom he only responds to retrospectively.

Share with us how you have come to this view.
Farage has returned to frontline politics to save us all for all of about three weeks. Since then, C4 News have managed to get an undercover reporter to involve themselves with their campaign in Clacton and transpired to get clearly incriminating evidence on four different specimens spouting the fascistic bilge that is the hallmark of Farage, his entourage, and the brethren that hang on his every word.

I'm an ardent Brexiteer as some on here will attest to .... but this post is beyond stupid. The idea that you are linking the EU and the ECHR is almost Trump like.
I can attest that you're an ardent Brexiteer but certainly not anywhere near stupid, let alone beyond it. 🙂

I'd like to feel for his slippery hand as it disappears, along with the arse to which it is attached, over a political precipice to oblivion; for a moment, before I wander off, whistling a light refrain.

Seems the "Star" of Channel 4s hit piece was an actor. So no doubt Farage lawsuits will start flying.
Can you help me out here please?

I assume you mean that Farage will sue Channel 4, but who else?

What relief will he seek?

I assume you expect the grounds will be a 'stitch up' as Farage has called it, but I am not sure that helps him with the problem that what was said, was said voluntarily. That it may not have been legit investigative journalism does not negate what was filmed.

Thus far, I cannot see any prospects of legal proceedings despite Farage's bleating.

Wasn’t Farage threatening to sue someone for something or other the other week too?

How very Trump.
