With Milan and Spuds only interested in a loan with an optional buy, any team paying cash upfront for an immediate transfer must have a chance to have their offer accepted by Roma.
Looks like ‘muff have cottoned on to this:

I find it hard to believe that he'd sign for Bournemouth. Unless he got confused by their black and red stripes.

No way is he going to Bournemouth. The player/agent might use their bid in order to get others to act more quickly, but no way does he end up there.

Do you know much about them or are you just going off he fees? Really would be just our luck is they start against us and are good.
Zaniolo is an injury prone player.
Jose seems happy enough for him to go and he's normally a good judge of a player.

I guess that the add-ons payable to Roma would revolve around staying in the EPL each season. Hardly inspiring for the player.
I suspect this will make Spuds or Milan take action. Whether that is to make a proper bid or withdraw their interest remains to be seen.

Yeah, it should certainly flush out any serious interest in him. It's just not a realistic career move to be playing for Roma, have designs on AC Milan and then say f*** it I'm off to Bournemouth.
