Love the image of the toon fan flicking the double Vs and shouting F.O. at the albion fans before the goal was chalked off 🤣
We gave it right back several minutes later

Genuinely one of the most dramatic Albion matches I've been to - the emotional chaos of going from celebrating Gordon's sending off to lamenting Tariq's then Schar's would be winner, to rubbing the offside call in the Geordies' faces and ultimately the winner. Thank god they're not all like this, I couldn't handle it.

On this video Bart says 21km and indicates towards Joao, if that's true no wonder he was fvcked. Incredible

Joao put in a great shift but it can't have been 21km. Apparently Brozovic holds the record for furthest a player has run in an 120 minute game - 16.7km (against Japan WC 2022).

Not sure if that's just a World Cup record but it feels a stretch to suggest he ran an extra 4.5km

It's not 120 mins now though, probably more like 130.

It was a clear red and clearly for violent conduct = 3 games.
I reckon Isak is now properly injured too, he looked to be holding his groin, that could be their season pretty much over if he's out for a few weeks and calls Smuggie's decision making into question if he took a risk with him at such a crucial time in their season. Shame.
They are so needy.

Yes. Also whilst watching, a shot stopping, obvious handball not given. Does anybody know why? I have no clue what constitues a penalty these days, not sure the refs do either.

Yep, although it would have been unlucky, I can't see why that wasn't a penalty. The ball was headed towards goal and struck his arm (which wasn't tight to his body).

I wasn't complaining about the 'small hours' aspect in general, it's just that we're used to the threads arriving at 3 a.m. precisely. I thought that maybe that Tapatalk thing let you schedule new threads in advance.
No, I do it the old-fashioned way. Also, I dozed off!
