Just watched the London fireworks on US TV, Fox are doing a live ‘follow the NY round the world‘ thing. Good effort from the UK

Also, kind of following UK time as already had a bucket of Rum Runner with my delicious coconut shrimp outdoors at the beachfront restaurant, watching the sun set and it’s 75° Waitress was an Arsenal fan

All outdoor events have been scrapped, including the street party, fireworks and concert in Princes Street Gardens.

The bbc news featured a couple who were ‘devastated’ having driven all the way from Lancashire only to discover it had been cancelled. What’s that - a 2 hour drive? If they are ‘devastated’ by that they obviously haven’t suffered very much trauma in their lives.
