Genuinely wouldn't have been surprised if she had been handed a caretaker role pending an appointment. Not sure she could do a perm job though. Actually think she suffers from the same issue as Chris... Too nice. Works for a while but not for ever. Some players do need to be shouted at and some need an arm around the shoulder.
