Hurrah ! Minced-up eyelids and arseholes all round !
That's just lazy, out of date stereotyping in fairness. If you worked in the Food Safety Industry, you'd know McDonald's, KFC etc are amongst THE best in terms of product quality and standards worldwide. Also, about ten years ago I remember KFC embarking on a global campaign to clear up such disinformation worldwide, and suing the arse off of anyone spreading such slander so be careful what you say - the robots might pick you up! ;)

So they don't use any "mechanically recovered" meat at all ? It's all prime cuts ?

And I'm not disagreeing about standards, I've been "out the back" in a few fast food joints and Macdonalds were by far the cleanest.

MRM is perfectly fine if they do, although myths and falsehoods abound and are naturally 'sticky' because that's the human mind as we know - negatively biased.

Have you ever been to a major commercial abattoir and/or meat factory, of the scale that supplies such behemoths, and walked the line so's to speak? I've seen a few in my career, always fascinating and explodes a lot of these myths Joe Public like to believe (and spread!). Also puts you off meat for a while. I really am a hypocrite because I love animals, though I eat a lot less meat nowadays and tend to got for better quality too. Still a hypocrite mind!

It'll still taste shit no matter where you buy it from.

You could just go to the butcher, but some mince and make them yourself.

How do McDonald's manage to sell burgers so cheaply, and how do they make them taste like cardboard?
