Would think not, as both Firefox and Explorer result in the same, doesn't like my fan number but accepts email address, but then doesn't show my season ticket.

Works fine for me although there was a glitch when trying to change my password but got around that.

Club have now reset my password, so can now get in.

I predict lots of people are going to have problems with this.

No idea, can't see them. Suspect they haven't added them yet.

I had the same issue, called the club and they reset my password and I am able to login now.

Yes this gets resolved by contacting the club and they will reset your password.

Also strange that cant sign in using fan number, but checking ecash allows access via fan number etc. Madness

This is the same for me. I wouldn't mind if it was signed in as me as I have all friends/family configured but my son doesn't..

I've just had 2 messages saying that there have been password reset requests on my fan number (and I didn't ask for a reset).
Maybe the site has been compromised?

Well I just opened the website. Windows had remembered my password but the site asked me to re-enter to validate. Did this, took me in straight away and loyalty points are showing (no idea if they are correct though as I haven't really looked into how they work ).
Suspect site has been undergoing all sorts of maintenance, but they left it up whilst doing this resulting in some oddities.
