ATFC Seagull
Aberystwyth Town FC
I just don't get the point of this.
1. Surely it has nothing to do with finance as if anything, the club will make more by selling away match tickets one-by-one due to the £2 or whatever fee they get.
2. Hardly anyone can commit to literally every away game, the numbers we are looking at will be minute. Anyone who is that loyal will have so many points that they are never gonna miss out anyway.
3. What about re-arranged games? Surely there is NO-ONE that supports the Albion who is able to categorically say they can make an away game no matter what day, time or place it ends up being played in?
4. The kinds of people who literally go to EVERY away game are in my experience the kind of people who enjoy going to the club shop and buying their tickets, making pointless small talk and holding up the queue for the rest of us. Why deprive these loyal fans of this experience?
Anyone able to shed any light?
