I heard an interesting theory today which apparently came from an ex player, not Kerry Mayo or any known joker. I am not sure whether to believe it or not and certain it has been mentioned before. The reason TB is not on any rich list is because her isnt as rich as people on here believe and the money for the stadium and the new hotel etc is coming from an Arab for whom TB is a front man and will sell out to eventually when it is all complete and we are established in the premier. If it is true I do not see it as a major problem providing the man has the money or access to the money that appears to be plentiful at the moment. Dont think that it would happen during my life time anyway.

Sounds perfectly feasible to me. What Arab wouldn't use our Jewish chairman as a front man.

Probably won't use the hotel or the casino, but will use the brothel when it's built.

Cannot see them allowing a brothel by a Frankie and Benny's, a bowling alley, a multiplex cinema, an Asda superstore and 4 retail outlet shops.........oh and the casino and hotel.

I am sure that with the amount of money involved there are many arabs and jews who could work together but as I said I dont know if it is true or where the said player would have got it from, although he would have known TB grandfather well and he did say that he had heard it mentioned in other places by a number of people..

Certainly plausible, but think the PL will be years away at our present rate of progress which seems to have come to a full stop. If there were some-one in the background I think they might have side-stepped FFP TBH if they wanted PL footy at the earliest opportunity

Currently, the hotel land is owned by Brighton and Hove City Council (BHCC) but straddles the border with Lewes District Council, so both authorities must give planning approval for the scheme to go ahead.

Get it called in for Public Inquiry, say it's essential for the Rugby World Cup matches, and that the country will look a joke if permission is turned down for local planning issues, and job done, thanks very much Mr Planning Inspector.

The only thing worse than a leaked story is a half cock leaked story. Yes TB is a front man, but it is aliens who are providing the funds.

Once we win the Champions League, there will be a surprise announcement of a break away Intergalactic League and we will be straight in. Away games will be a nightmare and there is nothing us loyal fans can do to stop it.
