Fisk, a gem of an Aussie comedy.

Fisk lacks the satirical sharpness and dark brilliance of The Office. But the show has a strange, low-key charm, and vibrates at a comic frequency unlike anything else on TV now, and is worth watching for that alone.

I think this is fairly accurate.

Just stumbled upon Loudermilk on Netflix. Believe it was originally on Amazon. very funny.
Likewise, very much enjoying!

I doff my cap to anyone who manages to get past episode 2 of fool me once. There may be a decent story line or original book there somewhere but my god the TV plot line, script and acting is dog poo.

It has an interesting storyline. I would think it would be good for us without addictions to see the struggles of everyone with addictions every second & every day they struggle. Every alcoholic & addicted individual seems to fall and break their need to stay away from their addicted substance.

Don't mean to come over all "thread police" but should anyone care:

I tend to check them all anyway, so it's no skin off my nose where people post their recommendations. But in case people are just struggling to find the relevant thread, I thought I'd post them here.

Anybody else had their Netflix account completely wiped overnight? Watched S1E1 of Fisk yesterday, all good. Went to watch S1E2 today and my account has completely vanished. No mobile number, no payment details, nothing. It's asking me to sign up like my account never existed. I double-checked my email address. Anybody else got experience of this? What gives? ???

Mine is fine. Would it be racialist to enquire as to whether you have paid your subs? :)

Yup, all good on that front. And even if it wasn't, they wouldn't send you emails saying your phone number no longer seemed to be associated with your account, they'd send you something along the lines of not being able to take your payment. Their chat guy confirms I no longer have any phone number, payment method or anything else associated with my account

*edit* Racialist!

"Fool Me Once" - you can fool me into watching episode one but that's as far as I go. I don't mind suspending my sense of reality for a good drama, but every aspect of this show is utterly implausible. Michelle Keegan as ex special forces is the icing on the implausibility cake.

It seems to me that programs like this are given extraordinary amounts of publicity to 'tell' us it's great. We started watching it but didn't like it. We watched the second ep cos 'it's supposed to be really good', but it was utter rubbish. Plot holes all over the place, unbelievable story line and appalling acting - don't get why Michelle Keegan is so rated - she's terrible! Easy to guess what the outcome would be - after we decided to give up on it I said what I reckoned happened, googled it and spot on! Not even an unexpected outcome!.

So it's not your TV box that has wiped your details, your actual Netflix account has lost all your information? Did chat guy give any explanation as to how that could happen?

No, he just looked it up my account using my name and email address, same as I did. There's literally nothing there. He tried to steer me down the path of providing my account details, tho I wasn't having that, and told him why. Ah well, bolleaux to Netflix
