The conclusion to Better call Saul is back up and running

This is a great series.

As James Morgan "Jimmy" McGill has slowly turned into Saul Goodman, Better Call Saul has gradually turned into breaking bad. Both character and series have almost completed the transition. A very clever process to follow.

Is it as good as the Storyville on DB Coope as that was excellent?

Ah Storyville yes - I couldn't place the collective 'umbrella' of the documentary I saw.

I was put onto the story by a podcast, then found the Storyville.

Not seen this version.

If you want to watch a completely ****ed up story then The Girl in Picture kills 90 minutes.

It is truly a horrendous story.

Couldn't get through that and I'm pretty robust when it comes to grim.

Two episodes in to the new Resident Evil series and thoroughly enjoying it.
I've played the games but can't remember them too well so I'm a little confused as to whether this ties in or if it's a new version of the story of Racoon City (this is set in New Racoon City) containing previous characters (Albert Wesker appears for example, but I don't remember a storyline about his kids)
It's a far cry from the awful Milla Jovovich movies and Brighton gets a mention which automatically gets a thumbs up from me.
So far so good.

Exhibit A

This true crime series shows how innocent people have been convicted with dubious forensic techniques and tools such as touch DNA and cadaver dogs.

Probably already mentioned, Mr Robert is an excellent watch.

Disappeared off Netflix for a while but is now back!

Crazy Ex-Girlfriend. #omfg where has this show been all my life? I suspect myself and Stat Brother are the only two butch enough to watch it, but it is, imho, absolutely ‘freekin’ hilario.

I worked with a fella who for all intents and purposes had Flight of the Concords created for him, and only him.

Every week I'd tell him 'you must watch BBC4 tonight'.
The next day 'nah I forgot'.

This went on through both series, he never watched.

Finally catching a rerun - suffice to say I was right all along.
He went on to randomly sing 'sugar lumps' for the next X years, he may well still be singing it now.

Not subtle but good fun. If you like JohnWick/ Bourne/Ryan Gosling and OTT films you'll probably like it. Slightly wonky in that the goodies have charisma and can act and the baddies really can't. If the bloke from Bridgerton does turn out to be the new Bond I will not be watching

Watched The Guard last night - very entertaining, great cast. Centres around a potential serial killer, and a huge drug smuggling operation, which sees Don Cheadle's FBI agent "teaming up" with Brendan Gleeson, the local police/Garda (Guard) in the area. Sounds very serious and heavy going, but is the opposite really. Came out in 2011 but I think has just "landed" on Netflix.
