Not well said... there were chances... we missed them... but I agree Harley and Dicker made very little contribution, and Noone's final ball was very very poor... why Gus insists on pushing Vicente forward when he has a striker, because that is what Barnes is, available to play is beyond me...

You obviously haven't seen Barnes on his own up front, have you?

Money. I would rather we are sensible with money, because if it didn't work out, when the next season comes around we will start seeing some of our best players leaving the club because we simply cannot afford to pay them due to debt being left.

The reason other club can find players is because they are chancers, and don't give a stuff about the clubs finances.

Agreed... Also, IF we signed a forward, Vicente could drop back to his natural position to provide the ammo... even if Buckley and LuaLua don't make the Hull game, we should have plenty of creativity... CMS to come back too, so that could ease Vicente's return to our midfield...

I do worry though that even if CMS starts on Saturday he won't be match fit
