I did a lucky 31. Instead of premier league winners, I did Brighton to stay up. My results were no better than anyone else's, which just shows how difficult this is.

Brighton (stay up)
Forest
Charlton
Lincoln
Salford

Ninth was my worst placing, so not too shabby. Money bags Salford I won't be forgiving for a long time, small time plastic Mancs!

I have enough returned to play again next season, but where I have come unstuck is a handicap bet I had on Brighton at 16/1 (each way 1-4 1/4). I thought with the stronger squad we had at the start of the season, we could improve by 8 points, which looked enough to sneak into the top four. We had 48 points on Man City, which was always going to be a tall order for an outright win and Wolves were an obvious big threat. Up until the start of the year, the bet was still holding my interest.

Barnsley took it to the final day but I'm disappointed that Exeter didn't make more of a fist of it.

Incidentally, I think I went for Man city, boro, chrlton and swindon. At least none of them got relegated :)
