Finished pondering on this now and I'm going with:

Man City
Stoke
Barnsley
Notts County

I can't think why people are going Sunderland. Guardian League 1 preview has this quite shocking stat:

Across the past three disastrous seasons they won a miserly 18 league matches (out of 122) and only 13 on home soil.

Dropping a division and signing umpteen freebie players isn't going to stop Sunderland from being utter shit-house.

EDIT: £10 on that with Skybet could rake in a nice £6,300ish

My selections were Liverpool, WBA, Luton and Newport County.
Liverpool have a good chance, WBA in payoffs, Luton won, Newport County in playoffs.
I should have bet on the winners of Premeir League and the other teams just getting promoted.
