Is it right he ran a off licence in Seaford? I meet him twice, once in Essen Germany and once down west street while he was still in Scorpions.
Michael Schenker also ex Scorpions lives somewhere in or near Brighton, spoken with him a couple of times.

I am not sure about that. I chatted with him and Monica a number of times, i was their paperboy and then a few years later, postman. When I was the paperboy, I had to collect the money for the Argus each week. Once or twice I went into their house and Monica's art really freaked me out. They were very kind to me and gave me a decent tip as well.
