Filled it all in last night but still haven’t had a confirmation email. I can still log on to the ticketing website as normal though.
My confirmation email took about 12 hours.
If I'm understanding you correctly, I'm pretty sure the club asked people several times to ensure that each ticketing account was updated to have a unique email address for this very reason.
I notice they've done the donkey work for 1901. For less than a week's wages for an average squad player they could have got some temps in to do everyones.
