Twitter ought to be banned here, why are we allowing uncensored platforms for hate speech, and foreign interference. Violates the online safety bill on these grounds so hopefully it gets blocked or fined. The 10% of global revenue Ofcom can, well try, to issue a fine for would be a nice addition to the support for Ukraine coffers. Obviously nothing will happen though cos it's Trumps mate.

I can understand someone being afraid or angry at some specific ethnicity or religion or political ideology or whatever, because in history and present we have wars between these kinds of different groups. I don't share those fears, but I can understand why someone could feel that way.

But HBTQ people? Remember the Gay invasion of Paraguay in 1843? Me neither, because it never happened. Nothing like that has ever happened.

There's no chance Trump, Musk or their followers actually fear a Gay takeover of the world or whatever. No one believes that.
So these measures are cruel for the sake of being cruel.

Still no mass protests on streets in Europe or the US. People don't understand the extraordinarly severity of the situation.

The US has always been a moronic country with a weird selective set of Christian values. What people don't realise is that the people who voted for Trump generally doesn't have values. They are nihilsts. They want bloodbaths and everything to burn. Bit more cult of persona + misery and they'll accept anything.
Either this tyrannic empire and its leader falls, or humanity will. This is the battle... and the world is seemingly only armed with words expressed through channels that doesn't reach anyone but those who already agree.

Musk backtracking now pretending it was just a ruse after various departments told their employees not to comply with the order which exposed his impotence. He's obviously feeling a little humiliated to be coming out with this desperate explanation, which is humiliating in itself.
