Muzza had a good game seeing that he was up front on his own against two brutish defenders and LuaLua and Benno were marked out down the wings. Picked up a silly booking.
I think Muzza is quality, but would still like to see him grow up a little bit at times. His yellow card just before half time for kicking the ball away was incredibly stupid (just like those needless handball cautions he kept picking up not so long ago).
It was paramount that he stayed card free in last nights game so that he could try and dish out a little of the physical stuff he was being subjected to. Always going to be a tough night for him though against that bunch of thugs, and I think his answer was to try and act like Forster (a needly, irritating, berating, thorn in the sides of the officials) to influence decisions. Problem is he isn't as cute and clever as Forster in going about it. At times (certainly last night) Muzza just comes across as a miserable so-and-so who spends too much time on his arris. Certainly the odd dive didn't help his case when it came to the legitimate shouts.
He obviously has the ability though, and the best we've got up front when he's on his game.
