I've seen it about five times now.
Straight red in my opinion.
He was sent off for serious foul play... Where was that?

Which it would be if the ref deemed he dived in 2 footed, which he has to say to back his decision or admit he was wrong and that is unlikely. He was sent off for serious foul play... Where was that?

...and for the winner he looked to be climbing.
I really cant see how anyone can think its a red card. He slipped over
In real time you can see why he was sent off, but on review it's clear he slipped and hopefully it'll be overturned.
Is 'intent' a necessary factor to justify a red card?
What about a yellow, does that require intent?

Which is not a lot different to what Butters did at West Ham when we won a few years ago.......
If someone slipped over and handled the ball, Would that be a card? I personally don't even think Murphy deserved a yellow
I've seen a few Bolton fans insisting it was a bad tackle which shows that they must know nothing about football as he slipped. As you can see, his right foot gives way just before he accidentally slides into Danns.

Agreed and his left foot is clearly being raised to kick the ball towards Bong, not kick the defender which is ultimately what happened as he obviously slipped.
