Nightclub killing

See theres been yet another senseless night club killing, this time in eastbourne..fulled no doubt by those who cannot control their temper under the influence of drink... my daughters boyfriends neighbour was killed by a drunk along kings road brighton some months back, by a young lad well well pissed, just looking for trouble, the streets are just not safe at all...is it time to ban alcohol once and for all ??? or limit people to so much ?.. i mean its the cause of so much stress, problems, fights, injuries, deaths, etc etc ...

Eastbourne is a shit hole, I worked a door there for a year a while back, never seen so many Chavs in my life.

It makes Hastings look like Miami Beach

Pretty unlucky to die from a fight, the bloke who is banged up probably gets into rucks every week and is probably majorly f***ed over by this.

You can't ban booze it's imposibal, if it had been discovered today it would be illigal but it's to late now

What is needed is (like in Europe) no or a very low legal drinking age. At first the problem will get worse because of teenagers who drink (yes I am one of them.) but the next generation will not be curious about booze as they have grown up with it

Thanks Greens :(
I hadn't been 'out on the town' for ages, and recently went out in Brighton and Worthing with some mates, and all it was was a load of chavvy lads looking for a punch up, and tarty birds looking to be the cause of these punch ups...

I'm more than happy to stay at home with a good book and a cup of cocoa

I went out in Worthing a few Saturdays back and it was deserted.

problem is, its just too expensive to go out drinking.. so many people now are staying home and getting drink in, plus there are too many idiots walking streets at night just wanting to have dig at somebody..im sorry but the streets late at night esp fri sat are just not safe anymore...you go out for night out and who knows what will happen !!!

Well then jail is the best place for him isn't it. If you can't control your temper and it costs someone else their life then you don't deserve to move in society.

Someone is dead - and there aren't many people who deserve that.

Are you shitting me? A bloke brings a knife into a club is majorly f***ed over by the bloke he stabbed dying? Strange as this may seem to you, 95% of people who go out have no interest in having a scrap and often get their nights, and in this case lives, ruined by C-U-N-T-S who think they can do whatever they want.

How did he get a knife in to the club?

There have not been routine searches when you go into clubs in Eastbourne for years.

I don't know the lad who died to be able to say if you'd expect him to be involved in trouble but a few of my friends know him so RIP Ben Lund, nobody deserves to die at 19

oh totally, completely agree

just looking at different perspective that some bloke who isn't a murderer is now getting his head round the fact that he now is.

As for the geezer that died......yeah awful.

Be suprised if it was unprovoked though

i have always been against arming police officers but its the only way i can see stopping this from happening so much. if the guys out on the street are armed then the police should be too for our protection...this is a sad day.

RIP Ben Lund
