I don't think Rush come under the heading of Pomp Rock though do they? They're just utter crap; along with groups like Kansas, Boston, Styx, Aerosmith, etc.

u2 by miles, has anyone seen the you tube vid of bono in concert? he silences the crowd until all is silent and then begins clapping his hands , approx once a second while telling the crowd " every time i clap my hands a child in the 3rd world dies" to which some one in the crowd ,clearly heard , shouts ," well stop f***ing clapping then ". priceless!!
