Try yoga.......won’t lose much weight but might be able to stretch to a titwank.

You don’t have to be overweight to have a pair. My ex’s brother was the perfect ‘in shape’ physical specimen clothed, but lurking under his t-shirts was a moob-mongous saggy horror show that nothing short of surgery could probably fix.

Get yourself a Kettlebell. Burns the calories, can be done at home and there are great apps with set exercises using them.

Entry level road bike: 350 quid
Entry Level rowing machine: 300 quid
Entry level weight bench and bells no more than 100 quid.
Swimming Pool Pass: 25 quid a month
Either running shoes or walking boots (or both) no more than 60 quid.

Put panniers on the bike and cycle to the pool/shop/starting point for your walk/run.

You have to move more, you cant do it without exercise.

So far an organised kitchen has been overlooked. Im assuming you dont prioritise this, so please forgive me if im wrong:

Arrange freezer space if you dont have it.
Invest in tupperware.
Invest in a slow cooker and a multi cooker, as well as a large roasting tin.
Experiment with making large batches of good food, freeze the remainders.

The Couch to 5K programme is really good, from 0 to a 5KM run in about 9 weeks....
https://www.nhs.uk/live-well/exercise/couch-to-5k-week-by-week/

At the start you are just walking, slowly adding in some short running...

I did it and it will help you lose weight.... Whatever you do, good luck!
I did couch to 5k. Now running 5k every other day. It has helped me lose a stone and a half so far. Best advice for losing weight is burn more calories than you eat. Simple really.
