Try yoga.......won’t lose much weight but might be able to stretch to a titwank.
I did couch to 5k. Now running 5k every other day. It has helped me lose a stone and a half so far. Best advice for losing weight is burn more calories than you eat. Simple really.The Couch to 5K programme is really good, from 0 to a 5KM run in about 9 weeks....

At the start you are just walking, slowly adding in some short running...
