A fire sale is really when we are trying to sell everything off cheaply (after a fire). This is something else - where players seem to be calling the tune.

I mentioned this earlier, exactly what I was worried about. reeks of him being ill advised by agents, however. if he continues to play well for the rest of the season then I'll be inclined to believe that it's exactly that.
