What a fine player.
Humble pie for those who thought he was a signing for commercial purposes

Lualua?Gets you out of your seat at games, every time he receives the ball.
In the Amex era …. from memory, players who also had this …. Noone, Buckley, Knockaert, Vicente and Lamptey before he lost his confidence.
I really liked him and did initially get out of my seat, at his party trick of turning in from the left, leaving a defender on his backside, then …. sending a rasping drive over the crossbar. So frustrating.Lualua?
Lol…I’m guessing to leave for the concourseLeon Best got me out of my seat on one or two occasions.
Good in the air tooBrilliant performance, superb piece of business by the club - again. Mitoma, if he stays fit, will terrorise defenders throughout the land... two feet, quick of feet and mind... sublime.
And lovely hair.Good in the air too
Genuinely makes me sad when I think of Jose. Seemed like such a lovely bloke, fun loving, had a micro pig in a flat, yet a bad injury ruined his career with us. Will always remember being behind the goal at Stoke when he scored one of the best goals I've seen live following the Albion. Just can't help thinking what the likes of Potter or RDZ could have coached his raw talent in to.Izquierdo
There's loads in the Bundesliga. German scouts have been pillaging Japan for years. Secret's out now.Funnily enough, I just went to look up how old he is.
@Papa Lazarou and I were discussing how the Japanese market does feel relatively untapped. I know Celtic have seen some success drawing from there, but are there any other Japanese players in the Premier League right now?
Guilty as chargedWhat a fine player.

Yep, at best i thought we were getting the odd cameo off the bench. Absolutely not, he looks a nailed on starter most weeksGuilty as charged
I never expected to see him in the PL
Not surprising - he was a bit of a donkey in his day so always takes the side of defenders.According to Michael Dawson on SSN he (strains face) just about clips him, but the red was harsh. Idiot.
I like the way Danny Murphy declared that he still can’t work out if Mitoma is right or left footed on MOTD.It's astonishing how easily he gets in behind, in really dangerous areas and then seems to have an age to pick out a pass.
Must have done it 4 or 5 times already.
He seems to be getting a great understanding with Leo over the last couple of games.
Hopefully they will be delivering a hatful of goals this season
