Taking away our fundamental human rights will not help at all. These people you mention will commit these crimes whatever society does. They just can't help themselves. Hence why they become known as serial or spree killers.

I am actually placid.... I know this is emotive for most people and I am way out of step with normal people, for me and probably only me this is a step worth taking. We chip dogs who do not kill and rape people, we are the one's who need chipping. I do not believe you can ever stop men killing / raping, sweet Fanny Adams should not be forgotten.

You have got me looking at the E mail again, it shows places visited, countries, cities, how far I travelled and whether by bike, I do a lot of cycling, or car. Pictures of places I have visited, a couple of maps of UK and Europe, I didn't go outside of Europe. It also gives me the option to delete all info, so they say Bizarre really.

Crooks (and murderers and rapists) will find ways to remove/disable the chips. DNA samples taking at birth might do the trick, and without any invasive procedures.

Personally i agree with having a DNA database for checking against crime scenes, people talk about infringement of freedoms well what happens to the greater infringement on victims. If you don't do anything wrong you really don't have anything to worry about.
