I'm sure most of us would be sympathetic to this, if the PR heavy, image conscious, club engaged with us about it.
Sticking their fingers in their ears and Comical Ali their utterances just make it worse.
Totally agree with this. A “we understand the frustration and are doing all we can” type statement would be great. Rather than “it’s nothing to do with us” which is why we’re getting currently. Also part of the frustration is about cars leaving the car park and the P&R service which clearly are to do with the club as they employ the people doing it (even if it’s outsourced the club have the outsource contract).
