Would this be cheap unhealthy bread or artisanal and expensive bread?Crap for cooking most things.
Great with balsamic and hot crispy bread though
Yup, no self respecting Grandma here would use anything less than EVOO for ALL dishes.Accepted wisdom, perhaps, but a myth. Though it does have a lower smoke point you absolutely can fry in EVOO.

Who puts olive oil in the fridge? And why?Saw something recently that alluded to the fact
there’s not enough olive tree s to produce the amount of oil on the shelves ! And that a lot of it is mixed with other oils diluting the purity Would I be correct in saying genuine olive tends to solidify in the fridge Where as the other stuff stays fluid ?

Good call . . . I use Olives oils for dressing, sometimes Lithium grease . . . . Depends on the outfit/gig
Think it was more that the ones that didn't solidify had additives preventing it happening Apparently a good starting point in identifying faux EVOO but IDK for certainWho puts olive oil in the fridge? And why?
Diesel waxes when it gets cold . . . Just saying.
