Micky Adams' fantastic tactical decisions this year (in no particular order)

Not sure you can really say they are poor decisions considering they worked. Virgo won a lot of flick ons from the RW for Fleetwood to chase and that caused Swindon a lot of problems. Thornton was on the bench because we needed a holding midfield (Fraser who by all accounts did a decent job) and Johnson was attacking (Who is a technically better player than Thornton, and will end up playing at a higher level than Thornton has). Adams got it spot on yesterday for the first time in a long time.

Not sure about 'spot on', but Nicky Forster said that our boys were quick to get at and fight for every ball. Even if they were played out of position, that can swing a game in our favour.... against a side like Swindon.
