We need Stringer Bell and Omar now and that should be a full house.

:laugh::laugh:

With Bunk providing a bit of solidity at the back.

Omar would be a great signing for Brighton - that would cut down on the homophobic chanting

This is good. Livermore centre midfield with Jarrett now.

Correct. They are the new Oatway/dodge/Chippy engine room which allow the flair players to play.

Full (fit) team:

Sully
Whing
Virgo
Hinsh
McNulty
Carole
Livermore
Jarrett
Cox
Murray
Forster

Subs:
Davies
Andrew
El Abd
Elphick
Kuipers

So much for going after a player "we had no chance of signing" then. Very good acquisition. Not sure where else we need to strengthen now.

Another midfielder would be great but am not fussed if we do nothing other than this today. Looking good for survival this year and pushing for promotion next season. Not sure if any team in our league have brought in the quality we have this window. Makes a nice change.

Fantastic stuff, great pic. Blimey, aren't footballers looking YOUNGER...?

As DtG said elsewhere, it's been a very difficult few days for those in whose eyes the club can do no right - you know who you are. But hey f*** 'em.

Sounds to me like the real reason he signed was Dick Knight's persistence. he said quite clearly at first that he didn't want to come and seems to have what on the face of it appear as more attractive options. But DK didn't give up and has persuaded him. Well done that man!

At least, I assume he hasn't come because we are paying him the highest wages?

I wonder if we will get Bhadebs perspective on todays activity?

We're looking like a SOCCER OUTFIT again. Marvellous.

League one football now surely assured with the tidy signings we've now made, and Wembley a possibility. It's just a shame the spine of the squad wasn't sorted out MONTHS ago because we could have been looking a promotion ASSAULT this season instead of next.

Top work, I haven't been 100% happy with a lot of things this season but can't fault our window work. Marvellous scenes.

Never thought i'd see the day that a player signs for us instead of Leeds!

How the once mighty have fallen.
