Are these people who were looked at and would they have signed for/stayed at their current clubs if we were both trying to get them?

Whilst you most all know I'm in the McGhee IN camp I do believe he has made mistakes (as all managers do).

1. Style of play. We came up last season and played very defencivly and ground out results. This season McGhee has tried to improve our quality of football by making us more attacking. This has made us more exposed and we've lost 20 games. It worked early in the season and he said if it stopped working he'd have to change it and I don't think he did.

2. Players- I believe Kuipers is better than Henderson BUT McGhee's job is to build up a team for the future, with young players. So its very tough to choose between the present and the future. Henderson has huge potential and will be a quality goalkeeper and it would have been very hard to get him in without giving him first team football. Kuipers throwing a wobbly sealed his own fate though and if anyone's to blame for the goalkeeping situation its Kuipers. He's a legend but he let us down by reacting so badly to getting dropped in one game based on a tactiical decision. Leon Knight had a bust up so its hard to judge but its gutting to lose a quality strikers for bugger all. Alexis Nicolas is also, in my opinion, quality and should have been involved and Mayo has come into the team far to late. We've needed his experience.
