IMO he does seem very apologetic, and with people pushing and shoving him I doubt I would apologise there and then.
But when you drink and drive, these things can always happen. 7 years seems a bit light to me, but there you go.

The guy has had an accident.Yes he was very stupid to drive but he did not get up that morning thinking " I know I will kill 2 kids today ". It was random the car he drove into and random 2 kids were in it. I know Tim do you think he saw a car coming and spotted 2 kids in it and deliberately drove his car into them ?.
He has had his life ended and 7 years inside and he will be living in hell for the rest of his life if he has a conscience so what more do you want.
Maybe a public hanging or a public stoning you can attend. Would that make you feel better ?.

the man killed two children fact they are DEAD .........dreadful the poor poor poor parents the father in a wheelchair unable to walk and too shocked to speak still!!!!
All because he was irresponsible and drunk he fell asleep because he was drunk end of.
I hope he is treated like a nonce in prison and we all know what happens to them!!!!

Thats is not the point. Justice takes an independent view of the crime and punishment. If we followed the courts of the relatives everyone would get life or probably be executed. You are really losing the plot on this one.
