It provided for the doctors, nurses and hospital staff that stuck you back together again Humpty. To me that is about as constructive a thing as I can imagine.

I've done that entirely alone. No help asked for and no complaints made.
;)
And i haven't finished yet. A work in progress.

Isn't that just the olden days when votes were fought for with action and promise rather than salesmanship and creepy christian faces?

Perhaps you should actually bother reading other peoples posts before being rude to them you arrogant twat. Who the f*** are you to make throw away assumptions about me, and what I care about?

i assume nothing. you cannot care about the extreme global inequality that exists if you are a capitalist. it is finance-based, corporate capitalism that keeps debt-ridden, third-world countries crippled from ever becoming developed. but then you don't have to deal with walking for half a day to find clean drinking water, do you?

i'm not saying that i do ANYTHING to alleviate the position that the world's poorest are in, but at least i do not admit that there is not a problem.

Look sunshine. I love you dearly, but if you vegan wearing soft cocks had been in power since 1620, I can promise you that not only would you not have a health service to be fixed in, you wouldn't have a bike to be knocked off, a car to knock you off or a road to bash your head on.

Where did I say I was a capitalist? A realist perhaps.

I don't know a great deal about economics and politics but I see 2 things that would make a difference, regulated capitalism (I fully expect to be told I'm wrong) and people just be more considerate to each other.

As I said I know next to nothing about these issues so if someone wishes to educate me I am happy to listen. I find the world quite upsetting but like most people politics bore me. My degree was in film and I focused on Psychoanalytic theory so if anybody want to hear about masculinity in relation to Memento please don't let me know.

you advocate capitalism. whether you actually control the means of production is irrelevant - you are dutifully complicit.
