Not in those words of course but by tone and inference, yes, including a dig at the training facilities as well as several at Potter. As others have said, disrespectful and unprofessional. Thick, too as was loved by us fans. Not any more.

I wish people would understand that the majority of players are not fans of the club they are playing for, some are, but it's a job and they all want to better themselves and try to win something.
You could argue that what he said was unprofessional, as we are still paying his wages, but he also probably knows that he will not be playing for Brighton, especially in the first team again anyway.
We all want our players to be playing for the club but it does not always work out that way, they are more into their team mates as a group than they are the club, who can drop or get rid of a player at the drop of a hat.
But what he did say would hurt a Brighton supporter.

If we sold Ali J to Ajax in the summer and he said the same thing, would you be offended as well?

He will not get in the team ahead of Leno, ever. To even claim he’s going there to compete for number one is either absolutely deluded or he’s just lying.

Tell me, is it a ‘massive step up’ to be a second choice with virtually no chance of playing for Arsenal? Unless he’s referring to going from a Brighton reserve goalkeeper to being an Arsenal hot water bottle, in which case it’s obviously a step up but we both know that’s not how he’s meant it, if I was a keeper I’d prefer to be playing week in week out pretty much anywhere.

I can say I blame him tbh, I’d probably be bitter if I was an international goalkeeper and I got dropped for a unknown young goalkeeper and then my team suddenly started conceding less goals and keeping clean sheets? Trick is not being publicly bitter about it, stinks of sour grapes.

Compare it to the dignified comments made by one of our youngsters released last week about enjoying his time at the club, thanking and wishing all well, and that from a lad who may drop out of the game altogether. Not sure why you feel the need to fight Ryan’s corner on here and keep reiterating the differentiation in size between the two clubs.

I think it has more to do with the clubs policy of going forward with younger players.

I think it has everything to do with something that has gone on behind the scenes and Ryans. lack of form . For a goalkeeper he is still on the young side

If I was sacked and interpreted that I was not good enough I would be very angry and if i had a chance to tell them so on TV I bloody well would.
For the record I have never been a huge fan of Ryan, I'm seeing it from his POV as a pro.
For me he made too many mistakes in a league where you get punished.
Very good shot stopper though.

The talk about Bobby Sanchez’s price. Dont compare to Martinez villa got a bargin. Id be looking at someone like Ramsdale who went from bmuff to sheff united last summer for a cool 20 million. He is utter garbage. Big Bobby if his form continues will easily be worth 25 million plus come the summer.

Are they?

Their squad isn’t massively better than ours. They have a huge history but are not setting the World on fire currently. To be honest if they were doing better he wouldn’t be there they’d have a far better back up keeper. It’s a fact while having very rich owners, the club itself hasn’t got any money spare and the owners are not investing.

Anyway he’ll never play again for us and that makes me happy as we have a far better defence without him. Happy days.

If Biss does go to Arsenal, I’m not convinced he will, I would imagine he would have the class to say thanks Albion, loved my time here, and thank you for giving me the opportunity to realise my dream of playing for my boyhood club in the Premier League.

Don’t forget,We took a huge punt on Ryan when he came to us from being on loan at Genk.

He should show a little gratitude, no matter how things have ended up.
