Was a bit worried when he came on that he wouldn’t have enough time to get up to the speed of the game in midfield but he soon proved me wrong. Got stuck in straight away, was strong in the tackle and intelligent passes to make sure we kept possession.

Yep, he's good. Those telescopic legs broke down a few of their attacks and he's a nice crisp passer.

I think Baleba is a special player with an amazing amount of potential. However from what I have seen of Weiffer recently, I wouldn't be concerned to see Weiffer and Gomez starting in midfield.
We are currently blessed with midfield options. (number 6 or 8's)

When Baleba went off and Weiffer replaced him I was a little anxious. No need to worry as Wieffer was terrific and has showed how much he has improved. With Gomez, Weiffer, Ayari and O'Riley when fit we have a pretty competitive midfield
