Such a shame as we were looking so good before the sending off. Anyway, a good excuse now to give the youngsters a run-out.

But if this encourages the signing of a couple more defenders to bring some cover, it could work out well long-term.

I do quite like these in-match interviews. They do that in rugby. As long as you get a player who's got a degree of intelligence, and Chilwelll was a good example, it can really add to the game.

The first yellow was given after he was pulling back Stirling and the ref gave advantage
Was that definitely him? Thought it was another of our players fouling RS

He had to go for that. Dumb.

Hell of a goal.

Two shots on target. Two goals.

We have created loads more chances. We have been the better side. It happens. It doesn’t matter one bit. What matters is that we have loads of players who look like they belong.

Turns out one defender on the pitch is not ideal with ten men.

Looking forward to Chelsea fans acting like they have won the league after being comprehensively outplayed. The results is irrelevant. The performance is Decent.

JPVH doesn't seem to be quite at the level we've been used to seeing. That sending off was just brainless really. RDZ whining about it on the touchline but really I'm not sure the ref had much choice going by the laws of the game. We are allowed 11 subs here so, he should have just taken off the carded players within five minutes of the first yellow.
