Why would you boycott origin. It's really fine.

I'd be happy to give Origin a try if they have fixed their problems as I want to purchase Battlefield 3 and the new sim city when it comes out next year. I don't like how they provide terrible customer service by treating users who have problems like stupid children (just read some of their support chat logs, they will make you rage), and they also have banned users who have made negative comments on their forum which also blocks access to games they have purchased. One user was mistakenly banned because he had a similar name to an individual who negatively criticized EA/Origin and both had posted in that thread.
