Looking forward to it, the demo won't effect any decisions I make whether to buy it or not, that is a forgone conclusion. I've not played the multiplayer yet has anybody here? Any Good?

Actually, it's a flipping brilliant horde mode with lots of customisation, can play as krogan, asari etc etc and they all get specific skills dependent on your class. It's a lot of fun.

Just had a bash on the multiplayer, it is fun. Probably a lot more fun if you were playing with the same people and not just random people.

Yeah, as is the case with all multiplayer games- there are bloody idiots online. I was tying up one of the obejctives earlier and instead of covering me all my teamates went off in search of more kills, grr!!

The hype for one of the year's hottest video games, Mass Effect 3 (out March 6, on PS3, Xbox 360 and PCs, ages 17-up) is reaching new stratospheric heights.

In case you don't know, a playable demo has already hit Xbox Live and the PlayStation Network.

But next week, a select intrepid few will have the opportunity to play the full game before it hits stores. Publisher Electronic Arts will be launching copies of the game into space using weather balloons that will be released in New York, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Berlin, London and Paris.

Each game has a GPS tracking device onboard and fans can track their return to the Earth on masseffect.com to find a copy and play it a week or more before the game hits stores. (Might not be a bad idea to follow @MassEffect, either.)

Which means it will be on pirate bay a week or more before the game hits the stores. :lolol:

I wonder what will be the completely shite game play element in this one, will be hard to trump planet scanning from ME 2.

I was lucky in that respect, the people I was randomly thrown in with were okay, the only problem was my router resetting the NAT settings to strict. Consequently kicking me offline and losing any Xp I had earned so far.

I'm on the last mission.

Kinda eugh about it, not enjoying the combat that much it's too easy even on 'hardcore' playing as a vanguard its just charge>nova, charge>nova no point using squad abilities or guns really. Might give infiltrator/soldier a go to see if that's more varied/fun.

*SPOILERS"

I don't know WHAT they did with EDI and Joker, really!? And Bioware stop shoving romances down my throat I don't want to have weird sex in a video game no matter how hard you try and force it on me. Gets to the point where you have to avoid conversations before you get in some awkward romance scene. Eugggggghhh.

Also I heard the ending is awful so will see how that plays out tonight, think I have enough 'readiness' for the good ending.

The MP is suprisingly fun with friends, anyone playing on PC?

As I'm a serial trophy hunter, I won't allow myself to touch another game until I've Platinum'd the game I'm currently playing (LA Noire), I did ME2 but am not sure wether or not to get this one. Is it just more of the same?

Also, I HATED that Joker character. HATED.

It was this that I was going to ask opinions on. I'll wait until more of you have finished it.

Was a huge fan of ME1, found it slow but eventually it picked up and really appreciated the storyline and everything else.

However, I've been playing Skyrim on the PC for ages, and love the mods and console commands, so still contemplating on buying ME3
