Frustrating as deserved to win . Those chances we had were gimmes

That’s said , city has a spell or two and we could have gone under both times when behind .

We went head to head with them and we are disappointed with the result

Says it all !!

Roll on forest . We all need to make that a special atmosphere
Seem more like gimmies on tv than they were. Minteh didn’t sort feet out and came hard at him. Take that Salvino or whatever he’s called chance for them as an example - that ball popped up and bobbled and made him look silly but was very much an unlucky random bounce - that’s football. Baleba should have scored but also easy in that split second to Sky that like he did.

Apart from scoring the penalty- did Haaland actually touch the ball ? 🤣🤣
Not sure - but he was certainly very 'excited' just before taking the penalty - which definitely led to some speedy ball-touching.

I just woke up, would have taken the draw if offered before the game.
Had a very busy day and evening yesterday and doing the Crab Fest in Manurah today.
Will watch replay when I get back.

Just watching MOTD highlights and Rutter could have got a straight red another day and Pedro should have got a yellow for a piece of awful simulation equal to that which Doku did get one for.

Minteh effort where he missed it totally would have been ruled out for offside and ruling out Mitoma goal was the correct decision. Of course Baleba did have plenty of time to take a touch but in his defence the one that's still in orbit did take a little bobble just as he hit it.

'kin el. I just checked last season's data and we now have 5 more points than at the same stage in 2023/24. Also, we are only one point behind our total at the end of that season with 9 games still to go!!

(unless I've misread something!)

Good spot. You're right we ended up with 48 points last season.

Maybe if Doku hadn't appealed for a foul maybe he wouldn't have been booked.
Yeah maybe.

Don't agree with straight red for Rutter, that would have been a travesty imv. Booking for Pedro though, absolutely. I HATE that in his game, and a reason, despite his quality, I won't be all that upset if he gets sold this summer.

Cracking game as always at the Etihad. Could have won it, but we didn’t take our chances so I shall not complain about the result. We deserved our first point there and I am happy with that
To be honest, everyone seems to be saying we should have won and deserved to, but from the extensive highlights I've seen, City could've also easily scored another 1 or 2 as well - especially the header off the post from the corner. Big chance that for them.
Very happy to take a point, especially after a last second win last week

I'm fairly sure the Minteh chance was onside. He was not in front of the ball.
