I cried last night.

Me and Mrs ELS had just got back from taking our four beloved cats, Mischief, Daisy, Willow and Ivy to a cat sanctuary - we decided it was right to have them re-homed after they continued to wee and poo all over our house, even inside baby Jamie's pram carry-cot. I was holding it together really well until I opened the front door and completely forgot they weren't there. I peered inside, as I always do, expecting Mischief to dart down the hall, say hello and dash outside, but of course there was no one waiting for us. Walked down the hall, saw a ball of fur on the carpet and burst into tears. Me and Mrs ELS sobbed for ages.

:(

So, in short, there's nothing wrong with crying, it's an extremely healthy thing to do when the need arises.

Could I just say thats the first time I have felt physically sick after reading a post on NSC ever.

I am with US on this- apart from various moistened eyes during umpteen films over the last few years, the old ducts also regularly get going during any decent solo bit of singing.

Most embarassing was a duet by my son- now 14 and another teenage girl, beautiful harmonies- well gay as our most emotionally repressed posters, closed to their own feelings about beauty in its many forms would think. Their loss.

Sorry to hear that mate, maybe you could get a brick on the wall at Falmer in his honour if they ever do it?
