El Abd f***ed up spectacularly for two, and maybe even three, of the goals. Joel wouldn't have made ANY of those mistakes in my opinion, so therefore we wouldn't have been beaten.

I'm not doubting you, but there are bigger problems on the pitch than a single player.

Maybe he is immense, especially in comparison to some of the inhabitants of our centre-back donkey sanctuary.

He isnt though is he as he is prone to a lack of concentration and giving the ball away which is one of the reasons he didnt get picked here early season. His problem is that he thinks that he is better than Beckenbauwer was and can always play the ball out of the area but quite often he is dispossessed and that costs the team dearly. Dont get me wrong I think he isa bright prospect but thats what it is at the moment a bright prospect.
