he is FANTASTIC
its very well and good having an insane pastor who believes he is the messiah bumping off his nearest and dearest because they do not believe. but there is a fine line between that portrayal coming off ludicrously, comically or scarily convincing. the bloke playing lucas has managed to do the latter throughout his entire run on the show - brilliant stuff

Indeed. We only ever saw an arm, and Chelsea backed out of identifying the body at the last minute. My immediate thought was that it wasn't her.
Mind you, I'm buggered if I know who it was on the slab if it wasn't Denise...

Have not watched it for years, but will you all be disappointed if they do the traditional "the truth will all be revealed at Christmas" thing?
I thought the Police had identified that it was Denise.
Bloody 'eck, the Walford Police are rubbish. The killer of Archie Mitchell is still gallavanting about with her wacko Mother, but the police have closed the case. Meanwhile the police haven't even checked the body from the canal is actually Denise.

And don't get me started about the need for traffic calming measures around Albert Square... surely it is one of the road-death blackspots of Greater London. Sort it out, Boris.
