I still cannot understand Yardy's refusal to have an over or two himself in championship cricket (although anyone who was at Hove on monday may understand all to clearly) but instead we have Luke Wells bowling who is a talented batsman but is being pushed into an all rounder role which he isnt suited for (yet!)

Also Panesar is having a brilliant season with the ball and if this was Mushy everyone would be having sticky keyboards at the moment but because he is Monty he wont get the same level of credit for it.

When Monty gets 100 wickets in a season...twice was it?? And we win 3 titles he will get the same level of credit that Mushy has. Monty has basically done nothing compared to Sussex finest ever bowler the great Mushtaq Ahmed.

Monty doesn't even compare to the great fluffy fella.

Totally agree Monty has a long long long way to go before being anywhere near as good as Mushy. However 80 odd wickets in all competitions is not a bad return is it and no one seems to have noticed.
