At the end of my tether
Seems that CH rrally wants to win this, whichis more thanI do - deep down.

The very last thing we want is fixture congestion towards the end of the season. Nothing but nothing must be allowed to get in it's way, for the long term future of th ed club.

Useful to see how well Murray does with Towell, should they have to play in the league together. Murray also needs some game time having missed the game against Cardiff.

They know that. But extra fixtures are useful for helping players come back from injury, and keeping the reserves motivated. It helped that Hemed and Kayal had played against Mk Franchise before our game against Cardiff. Goldson had also had game time before we needed him as right back.

So if we do win today and in the next round draw say a Chelsea ect if they win of course would people still say don't start with Murray or Hemed , it's a game of football v another team we want to beat , Hughton has mixed it up really well not only showing respect to the opposition but giving us a real chance to progress , Murray could trip up on a bloody matchstick at any time , if he's fit he should play , IMO of course .
Wether it's Chelsea or Lincoln is imperative we play a 2nd string end of.....playing a prem club is not any different as promotion is our only focus.

I watched the Lincoln/Ipswich replay. Lincoln deserved the win, they simply wanted it much more than Ipswich. They were quite physical, some of the tackles made me wince a bit. Ipswich were shocking. Rhead looks a strong lad up front, Connor and Uwe will know they've been in a game, Robinson still looks a decent player and could be playing league football.

We should win but we'll need to match Lincoln with aggression and wanting it. Shame Duffy isn't playing, he'd have loved smashing/being smashed by Rhead.

:lolol:

Rhead is a big old fashioned lump but he worries defenders and scores goals, saw him score a hat-trick in the cup against Whitehawk last year (and still finish on the losing side). Stop him and stop Lincoln.

#BHAFC subs v #Imps: Ankergren (GK), Dunk, White, Ince, Kayal, Murphy, Hemed. #BHAvImps

I am absolutely loving that line up!

Great opportunity to see, Maenpaa, Adekugbe and Towell again.

Nice to get a first look at Tomori.

Good game time for BFG & Goldson (at his proper position)

Very strong elsewhere.

I can't see a single thing not to like about that starting 11 for this game.

Lincoln have FOUR cheerleaders when the players come out. Apparently they were the only non pregnant teenage girls in the city.

Hope Towell gets a chance to shine today ..I do believe he has something different to offer

Agree. If we do get to the end of the window without being able to get a new number 10 I think, after seeing him against the Dongs, he could do a job for us. I note he hasn't been allowed out on loan yet.
