But, I made my judgement after I saw him play against us for Stockport. Difference.

So, after ONE game. Brilliant. You're sounding like WW or TCB mate. For the record I haven't seen anyone state that Ulloa is brilliant, but some people are understandably excited by the prospect of a tall striker coming in.

He cost me £2.6 million on FIFA 13 last night. He and Charlie Austin are going to rip the Championship apart, backed up by CMS and Mikael Forssell. If only real life was as easy as FIFA.

so is this a deal that IS going to happen or NSC chat?

It's a deal that is likely to happen, but will probably be scuppered by passport arrangements, which shouldn't really be as much of a barrier as they inevitably will.

How come he's allowed to play in Spain but not England with an Argentinian passport? Isn't it the same EU laws for both?

He is allowed to play in england, just needs a passport to get here! His argie passport got him into spain, where he has lived for a number of years. Needs to get eu passport to bypass all the paperwork of work permits etc.

I think his Argentinian passport has expired and as he has been in Spain for x amount of years he qualifys for a Spanish passport
